1. Agreement to terms

By using this website or engaging Houston Foundation Repair ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services we provide

Houston Foundation Repair provides foundation services in the Houston, TX area, including:

3. Website content is general information

Guides, blog posts, and service pages on this website are general education. They are not a diagnosis of any specific property, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a property-specific recommendation. A conclusion about a foundation requires an on-site evaluation.

Our evaluation is a contractor evaluation. It is not an engineering assessment and does not produce a professional engineer's stamped opinion. Where your situation calls for an engineer, we will say so.

4. Quotations, pricing, and payment

Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Any price ranges published on this website, including any calculator output, are illustrative only and are not a quote. A binding price follows a documented on-site evaluation and is set out in the written proposal.

Payment terms, including any deposit and schedule, are set out in the written agreement before work begins.

5. Scope, exclusions, and changes

Every proposal states the method, the included work, the exclusions, the schedule, and the restoration covered. Conditions discovered after excavation begins — obstructions, groundwater, undocumented utilities, or previously unseen damage — may require a change to scope. Any change is documented and agreed in writing before it proceeds.

6. Access, permits, and coordination

You agree to provide safe access to the property and to the areas the work requires. Where a permit or inspection is required by the relevant jurisdiction, we confirm the requirement and manage the application unless the written agreement states otherwise.

7. Scheduling and cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked evaluation or work date. Late cancellation after mobilisation may incur a fee, which is stated in the written agreement.

8. Warranty

Where a warranty applies, it is issued in writing and its coverage, exclusions, transfer terms, any transfer fee, and time window are stated in that document. A warranty describes coverage. It is not a guarantee of permanent results, and it does not cover movement arising from causes outside the documented scope, including regional land subsidence and fault-related ground movement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Houston Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, layout, and images, is the property of Houston Foundation Repair or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Third-party sources

We cite third-party sources such as NRCS soil survey data, USGS publications, subsidence district measurements, and municipal permitting guidance. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or subsequent revision.
