Houston Foundation Repair provides foundation evaluations, slab and pier-and-beam repair, house and concrete leveling, under-slab tunneling, and drainage work across the greater Houston area. We coordinate the project, communicate with the homeowner, and provide the written warranty that applies to the work we perform.
The reason we lead with evaluation rather than repair is simple. Most homeowners who call us do not know whether they have a problem. They have seen a crack, or a door has started catching, and somebody has told them something alarming. Appearance alone cannot settle it. A relative elevation survey and distress mapping can, and that is a short, low-pressure visit that produces a document you keep either way.
When repair is warranted, the proposal explains the method, why that method suits the property, what is included, what is excluded, how long it takes, what the restoration covers, and what the warranty does and does not cover. When repair is not warranted, the report says that instead, along with what to watch and when to re-measure.

Observation is not diagnosis
A crack is something you saw. A diagnosis takes measurement, context, and judgement. We keep the two apart in everything we publish and everything we write in a report.
Sources beside the claim
When we say something about Houston soils, subsidence, or permitting, we point at the source — NRCS, USGS, the subsidence districts, the municipal authority — and we state what that source cannot establish.
Scope you can compare
Method, inclusions, exclusions, schedule, warranty, payment terms. Every quote covers the same eight items so you can line it up against anyone else's.
No permanent-result promises
A warranty describes coverage and its limits. It is not a guarantee that a property will never move again, and we will not present it as one.
What We Are, Plainly Stated
Permitting
We coordinate permitted foundation work in Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery Counties, and we work across Brazoria, Galveston, Waller, and Chambers jurisdictions as projects require.
Registration
Registered Texas general contractor. Any engineering opinion that a project requires is provided by a licensed professional engineer, separately from our contractor evaluation.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose from a photo, issue PE-stamped reports, promise insurance or grant outcomes on elevation projects, or claim a repair resolves regional subsidence or fault movement.
